Watchtower is a loose-leaf Earl Grey built on a full-bodied Ceylon black tea base, finished with bergamot oil and blue cornflower petals.

The cup is bright and aromatic, with citrus from the bergamot, a malty black tea backbone, and a light floral finish. It has enough structure to drink on its own and also works well with milk and sugar.

Steeping Ritual

1. Water: Heat fresh, filtered water to 195°F (90°C).
