Drogo House Return & Refund Policy
Freshness & Specialty Goods
At Drogo House, we offer specialty-grade coffee, tea, and curated provisions crafted with care and fulfilled in small production runs.
Because coffee and tea are perishable products, and many merchandise items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or preference-related concerns.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
1. Order Errors
If we make an error with your order — such as sending the wrong coffee, grind, or merchandise item — we will make it right promptly.
Please contact us at stewardship@drogohouse.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item received
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please do not return coffee products. For safety and quality-control reasons, returned food items cannot be restocked or redistributed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of our fulfillment workflow, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they enter production or fulfillment.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Drogo House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or monitored parcel locker whenever possible.
