Drogo House Shipping Policy

Roast-to-Order & Peak Freshness

At Drogo House, our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches and fulfilled after your order is placed to preserve quality and freshness.

Please allow 3–5 business days for roasting and fulfillment before shipment.

This timeline is intentional. Specialty coffee benefits from a short resting period after roasting — allowing the beans to naturally degas and develop a more balanced, expressive flavor profile. Your coffee is timed to arrive at peak readiness for the ritual ahead.

Transit & Delivery

Once fulfilled, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order leaves the roasting facility.

Separate Shipments

Coffee and merchandise are fulfilled from separate specialized facilities to ensure quality and accuracy. If your order contains both coffee and gear, items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.

Drogo House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or monitored parcel locker whenever possible.
