Vesper is our Italian Dark Roast, built around a heavy body and deep notes of bittersweet chocolate, smoky oak, and molasses.
It is the darkest expression in the Intercession line, roasted beyond our other coffees to develop more weight, intensity, and traditional dark-roast character.
Best suited to espresso, French press, Moka Pot, or a strong drip brew, Vesper is for those who prefer a full, deeply roasted cup with a long finish.
