Inner Sanctum is a ceremonial-grade matcha from Matsushita Tea Garden in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka, made from first-flush Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars.
The leaves are shade-grown, de-stemmed, and stone-milled into a fine emerald powder. When whisked, the cup is smooth and creamy, with rich umami, gentle sweetness, and a clean finish.
Prepare it traditionally with water or use it as the foundation for a matcha latte when you want a focused, deliberate cup.
