Single-origin Bali specialty coffee from the Kintamani Highlands.
Baker’s chocolate and molasses give CAERULA its depth. Orange peel and juniper bring a fragrant lift, followed by a clean finish.
Grown at 1,200–1,600 meters in central Bali’s volcanic soils, this medium-dark single origin comes from small family-owned farms organized through Subak Abian, a traditional farmer organization in upland Bali.
Hand-picked cherries undergo Giling Basah, or wet-hulled processing. The parchment is removed while the beans still retain substantial moisture, before drying continues. This process gives the unroasted beans their characteristic bluish-green appearance.
