Single-origin Mexico specialty coffee from Chiapas.
From the highlands of Chiapas comes a coffee with depth, sweetness, and a story rooted in the people who cultivate it.
ALMA is a washed single-origin coffee grown at 1,000–1,800 meters in Chiapas, Mexico. In the cup, rich chocolate provides the foundation, joined by dark cherry and orange, a creamy body, medium acidity, and a sweet, clean finish.
The name ALMA means soul in Spanish, but its connection to this coffee runs deeper. These beans are connected to Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative bringing together groups of coffee farmers while supporting quality management, certification, and business development. That relationship gave the coffee its name before the first Drogo House bag was ever designed.
