Balanced Order is a single-origin coffee from Tolima, Colombia, with dark chocolate at its base and brighter notes of mango and sweet peach.
Grown by the multi-generational farmers of Café del Macizo in the foothills of the Cordillera Central, it is medium roasted to preserve both its rounded body and natural brightness.
Balanced Order works especially well for drip, pour over, Chemex, French press, or espresso when you want a cup with depth that still feels clean and composed.
